I’ve spent 15+ years at the intersection of technology, business, people and talent, and I’ve worn a few different hats along the way.
I started my career as a tech recruiter at a staffing agency, moved into IT services sales at Pythian, then enterprise software sales at Shopify, before finding my way back to recruiting and working both in-house and as an embedded recruiting partner with growing technology companies.
That mix of experiences shapes how I work. I don’t just want to know what role you’re hiring for. I want to understand why you’re hiring it, where the business is going, what the team needs and who is actually going to thrive there.
Through Soarce, we partner with growing tech startups and scale-ups building what’s next, helping them build thoughtful, high-performing teams across Technology, Engineering, Product, GTM and Operations.
We’re also paying close attention to how AI is changing the way companies work, the roles they’re creating, the skills they value and how teams are evolving. We’re constantly looking at how we can use AI thoughtfully to make recruiting and hiring better, without losing the human side of it.
I’m curious, I ask a lot of questions, and I like talking to the people who are actually building what’s next.
